Trip to Papa and Nana's

Anne and I decided to get away for the weekend to see Nana and Papa! We had such a nice trip and it was great to get away from the day to day things and just relax! Daddy had to work so he couldn't go with us. He was on night shifts so he didn't really miss us! And, of course, Anne enjoyed having her Nana and Papa all to herself! Most likely will be the last time that will happen except for when Nana comes to stay with her when we go to the hospital!

The best part of the trip for Anne...the swings! She couldn't get enough of them! I'm sure she would have done it all day if Nana would have let her.

Anne also tried her first roasted marshmallow...she wasn't a big fan of it. "Kid after my own heart!" is what Nana said about that one! I sure enjoyed them though! My dad roasts the best marshmallows!

Anne cuddled right up to Nana...too cute! I didn't get any pictures of Anne with her Papa! Shame on me! She really had fun with him as well! Any time Papa would say anything to her, she would say "Papa, you silly money"...not sure why she said money...and not monkey! Silly kid!

Anne is now spending a little more time with Nana. My mom decided to keep her 2 more nights. I sure do miss that girl! Can't wait for her to come home tomorrow! The house is way too quiet without her!
