Happy 2nd Birthday, Antonia!

Birthdays are a big deal to me so I like to make a big deal about them! All this week we've been telling Anne she is going to be 2 (and trying to get her to hold up 2 fingers - she gets so close) and singing Happy Birthday to her. She loves it! We decided since Dan had to work today, on her real birthday, to celebrate it on the 5th!

We started the day off with baking her cake. She opted to go for the chocolate cake, not the cake mommy had picked out but oh well. She was a big helper!

Especially with "clean up"!

Later that day, Nana, Travis and Laurel came over for a pizza party! It was so much fun!

After dinner, it was present time!

And earlier in the day, Vinnie had stopped by and left a bag of some fun presents for her - a puzzle, coloring book, these fun glasses and snacks!

Then it was time for the birthday cake!

We had so much fun! Anne didn't want anyone to leave...and didn't want to go to sleep but she was out quickly after her head hit the pillow.

Today, we've been playing with all of the fun new stuff and just hanging out! We talked to Papa on the phone, also Nana called to sing again. We also Skyped with Jessica, Mason and Kristen! What a fun birthday for Anne! Thank you everyone that made it a special day for our little girl!
