Goings on at the Cartier House

It has been a while since my last real post. Lately they have just been pictures of the house. Well, now that we are moved in and I finally found where Dan put the cord so I could download the photos, I had over 100. I only picked a handful of those but it was hard! They are all so cute (and, as you can see, mostly of Anne).

This first picture says it all. This was moving day and poor little Anne didn't get her morning nap. It made for a pretty cute picture though. This 2nd one is of Anne in her Daddy's Montreal Canadiens hat.

I love these pictures of Anne. This first one is of her "drinking" while sitting on Daddy's tummy. We don't let her drink by herself from glasses but we do supervise her holding them. It is funny to see her little mouth. The next one is of her wearing her Daddy's hair hat. She makes it look so darn cute. And then little Anne sitting on the couch in the front room after Mommy made Dad switch the couches around to see if she liked it another way. We didn't, so Daddy had to move them back. (Thanks sweetie!)
OK, are these not the cutest pictures ever?!? I love that my little Anne loves to pose for pictures and she just makes the cutest faces sometimes. So appropriate!

These photos are from our 7th annual pumpkin carving party with the Snows and the Browns. We have so much fun ever year. Now that there are 5 kids, it is a little crazy but it makes for great memories. My pumpkin is on the left...it is my version of Anne (two little bottom teeth). Mike Brown's is in the middle (he always makes a masterpiece) and Emily's is on the right! Great job everyone!
OK, this little cowgirl is the cutest in town, don't you agree? We got all dressed up in our western wear (we didn't really have any so we bought some) and went to our 4th annual murder mystery dinner with the Laxman family. We have so much fun every year!
This year's theme was a poker tournament in Deadwood. Dan won an award for having the most money. Granted, he was the outlaw of the game and played his part well, taking any and all money he found just laying around or in the pockets of those not suspecting. Little Anne was the center of attention for part of the night just because she is so cute! Next year, hopefully Nana can have a sleep over with her so mommy can get more into her part.
Well, we just wanted to show you a little of what has been going on besides the new house. More pictures of that to come later (don't worry Jess...I haven't forgotten).

I'm holding Kristen on my lap and she kept saying, "That's my cousin"!!! I asked her, "What's her name". "It's ANNE"! We'll have to try the webcams out tomorrow so we can see her in action! I'm so excited for all the fun and exciting things happening for you guys right now! Keep the pictures coming, we love it!
