Is it really possible that my little Sophia is already over half a year old? We just love her so much and are so thankful that she is a part of our family!
Such a pretty little girl, just like her sister. These girls just love each other.
Anne loves to dress up Sophie. This morning, she decided she needed to wear ice skates...um, ornament skates.
This girl has the biggest most beautiful eyes and long lashes! Each morning, Sophie spends a little time in the elephant chair while I get ready for the day. She loves to pull on the umbrella so it will play her a song...and pull off the other toys. And Anne just loves to be close by!
Little Sophie has a few more teeth coming in. She has also mastered telling mom no! No to bananas (crazy girl) and no to naps. She shakes her head no...and always when she means it. She also has started saying "Dada" and other cute sounds that hold our attention. She also "yells" at me if I don't put applesauce in with her rice cereal...that is her favorite!
She hasn't really shown any interest in making herself mobile yet...and I'm OK with that. It is hard enough chasing her big sister around all of the time! However, she did try to pull herself up the other night. Yikes! I'm hoping she crawls before she walks! Her favorite game is slapping her hand down and having us imitate her. And she loves reading books...especially her night-time book (Sleepy Sheep's Good Night Book) because it has a little plush sheep that she loves to chew on while I read.
It is fun seeing her little personality develop and we can't wait to see the growth this next month!
