Christmas!

I debated blogging about Christmas since it was SOOO long ago (although Anne wakes up every morning asking if it is Christmas again) and decided I just couldn't skip it! So, I have some catching up to do.

We decided to wait until Christmas Eve to actually put the ornaments on the tree. Anne decided that we HAD to have a star on top so I made this one using a toilet paper roll and paper.

We also made cookies for Santa. Soft gingersnap cookies...yum!!! Anne had fun helping me!

Christmas morning started off really early for us since we found Anne asleep on the floor at the top of the stairs around 5am when I got up to feed Sophie. Dan took her back to her bed but she woke up and there was no getting her back to sleep at that point!

I just love this happy baby!

We had a great Christmas just at home taking our time (and naps...we needed it) and then we headed up to spend the rest of the weekend with my parents! Anne had fun opening more presents (for everyone) and getting Nana and Papa all to herself...mostly.
